Mr. Arthur E. Cash is a Licensed Clinical Therapist who holds degrees and certifications in Social Work, Alcohol and Drugs, Domestic violence, Family Therapy / Couples Therapy and the treatment of issues relating to men. Arthur Cash also specializes in the following areas PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, and strokes. Arthur has over 25 years of clinical experience doing Psychotherapy.
Mr. Arthur Cash also has over 25 years of experience working with veterans who suffer from PTSD, depression anxiety, marital/family and substance abuse issues. During his tenure at the Veteran's Administration, he served as a Clinician and Director of Substance Abuse/Vocational Services. He also has extensive experience as a family and couples therapist. He developed a Family Therapy Program in the late 1980's serving multi-cultural families in Western Mass. His knowledge of adolescents is exhaustive as he has over 25 years of experience.
Arthur Cash has also served as a Mental Health Consultant to many public schools in Western Mass., and has supervised and developed adolescent programs in Massachusetts. Also, he provides clinical supervision for clinicians, agencies and groups who are interested in obtaining their LCSW or LICSW. He has over 25 years of experience supervising/consulting master level clinicians. Arthur Cash has also spent many years working with the geriatric population, providing clinical assessments and treatment.
He also has a long work history, providing nursing home consultation and training. It is also worth noting his work with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Massachusetts, serving many agencies, insurance companies and corporations who are experiencing staff and employee work related issues. Arthur Cash also specializes in men's issues. He has been facilitating groups for men for over 25 years. He currently facilitates three groups (men Who Suffer in Silence, In the Company of Men, and Men and Their Values in his private practice. Treatment modalities for men are individual therapy and group therapy. He also has many years of experience teaching college courses and adult learners. He has taught courses in social science, religion, and student success seminars.
