Arthur E. Cash

Arthur E. Cash is a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Consultant. He has been practicing psychotherapy for close to 40 years specializing in the treatment of adolescents, adults, couples, and families. A graduate of Atlanta University, Mr. Cash received a Master of Social Work in 1982 and attended Yale University as a Fellow where he studied Family Psychiatry. Mr. Cash has been in private practice for 20 years and is currently practicing at The Practice of Arthur E. Cash, in East Longmeadow, MA. He is licensed by the state of Massachusetts in Marriage and Family Therapy after completing the Family Therapy Program at Springfield College.

Other licenses include: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Level I (LADC-I), License Clinical Domestic Violence Counselor, and Licensed Clinically Certified Forensic Addiction Specialist (CCFAS). Mr. Cash’s most recent publication was published in the EC Psychology and Psychiatry Journal entitled, Black Men and Mental Health: Shifting Perceptions Towards Treatment. He is currently writing an article entitled, The Emotional Needs of Couples to be published the fall of 2019.
